The General Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, this includes the quality of operations (FOH & BOH). The ideal candidate would have 3 or more years in Restaurant Management as a General Manager and have a proven history of running restaurant operations, financials, and guest service successfully. The GM would manage the restaurant and staff in a professional and positive manner

Abilities and other requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of restaurant operations, financials, and systems
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hours per day.
- Safely move about in all areas of the restaurant
- Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, and carry.
- Ability to carry up to 30 pounds (the weight of a heavy tray)
