We’re looking for someone with a passion for naturally leavened bread and experience in a professional kitchen setting. The ideal candidate will have worked for at least one year in pastry or baking, be dedicated to their craft, possesses strong communication skills, and respect both the people and ingredients with which they work. This position will require you to work weekends and some holidays. We don’t bake overnight, but our first shift starts at 3 AM and this hire will be required to work 1-2 of those shifts per week.

While performing the duties of the job, a Baker is regularly required to stand and walk; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. They must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
The Marlow Collective wage band for this position is set at $18.50- $22.50
Bakers begin at $19/ hr or $20/ depending on experience.
