Job Description: As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of front-of-house service at our Fine Dining Steakhouse. This includes creating and maintaining exceptional service, ensuring quality and consistency, and helping to manage inventory and ordering processes. You will also be in charge of training and supervising the bar staff and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will collaborate with our chef in creating unique food and beverage pairings for special events and promotions. As part of the management team, you will also participate in budget planning and cost control measures. It will be your responsibility to maintain all equipment and supplies related to front of house service, as well as handle any customer inquiries or concerns. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and passion for the beverage industry will be essential in successfully executing your day-to-day duties as our Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications:
