NEW baking and pastry commissary kitchen in San Francisco!

The Village Bakery & Bacchus Management Group is currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and passionate full time Pastry Sous Chef to join out team and help us launch our new baking and pastry commissary kitchen in San Francisco.


Qualified candidates will have:

At least 2 year of experience in a similar role. 
They will be creative and passionate about the art of cooking.
They will be confident in leading a team of dedicated professionals. 
Supervision skills.
Some experience with food costng and schedules.
Inventory managment skills.


This is a unique and exciting position that requires independence and leadership, but also provides growth and mentorship for someone looking to take the next step in their career. This a very hands on production position with an overnight and/or early morning schedule.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($78,000.00 - $80,000.00)
