2 Michelin Star Chef Christophe Bellanca is looking for a dynamic and well versed Assistant Captain for his new fine dining restaurant, Essential by Christophe
The Assistant Captain is responsible for consistently providing restaurant guests with the upmost hospitality, delivering an impecable experience every time.
We are looking for an individual who has an exceptional knowledge of food & beverage, creativity and flair. The right candidate will have at least three years of fine dining experience in a fast-paced, kitchen-driven dining environment, strong industry presence and proven success track record.
Compensation: Hourly plus tips
