Floor Manager
Location: Washington, DC
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

Responsibilities:
- Alongside the General Manager and Restaurant Manager, you will support the day-to-day restaurant operations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure each service runs smoothly
- Ensure each service is carried out successfully and guest satisfaction is prioritised throughout. Addressing and rectifying all guest queries in a prompt and efficient manor
- Build and foster a great work environment for the team
- Ensure team members are fully trained, supported, and equipped to do their jobs
Floor Manager Qualities:
- 2+ years managerial experience in a high-volume environment
- A hands-on leader for the team
- Passion for food and customer service
- A team player with a high attention to detail
- Excellent time management, problem solving and communication skills
