Two tables accommodating up to six guests are also available for larger parties.

Requirements

• 1+ years serving in fine-dining restaurants, Michelin-awarded or similar grade.
• The ideal candidate has experience with Busser / Runner tasks and is looking to improve and learn more about food and wine service.
• Comfortable talking with guests and explaining complex dishes.
• Comfortable pouring all types of beverages, including formal wine service.
• Fast and efficient polishing of fragile glassware and cutlery.
• Excellent presentation.
• Excellent Guest Relations skills, able to engage and show enthusiasm while interacting with the guests.
• Positive attitude, careful attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent cleaning and organization skills.
• Willing to learn and improve.
