Job Details

Golden Age Hospitality , the team who brings to you The Nines, Acme, Happiest Hour, Le Dive, and Deux Chats, is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Chef de Cuisine to assist with kitchen management & production for all Golden Age properties. 

The CDC reports directly into the Corporate Executive Chef, and will assist the Head Chefs of each property with coaching , training, and mentoring their teams , managing food costs, recipe standards, filling in when needed , and with cooking and preparation procedures. 

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Minimum 4 years experience as a Chef de Cuisine with progressive culinary experience as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef in a high volume establishment
  • Track record of successfully leading, training ,and coaching a BOH team
  • Strong knowledge of food and labor cost
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to work a varied work schedule which includes late nights and weekends 
  • Bilingual English / Spanish a plus

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($100,000.00 - $110,000.00)
