Rezdôra is activley hiring a Social Media Coordinator!                                                                                                                    

Who we are: 
Rezdôra is a 3-star NY Times and Michelin Star Italian Restaurant dedicated to the food & hospitality of the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy.  The restaurant was founded by CIA graduate Chef Stefano Secchi and entrepreneur David Switzer and we are located in the Flatiron district of New York City.  

POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Coordinator to enhance our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the culinary world and skilled in creating and producing engaging, high-quality content. This role requires implementing advanced social media strategies to boost our online presence, engage our community, and increase brand loyalty and awareness.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content Creation: Develop and produce compelling content that highlights our restaurant atmospheres, menus, and events. Ensure a consistent, branded voice across all platforms.
  • Strategy Implementation: Keep abreast of social media trends, integrating innovative ideas and technologies into our strategies. Execute campaigns that align with our brand goals, focusing on growth and engagement.
  • Engagement: Actively monitor, respond, and interact with followers across various platforms. Build relationships with customers and influencers to enhance community interaction and satisfaction.
  • Analytics: Measure and analyze the impact of social media campaigns to refine strategies. Regularly report on metrics such as engagement, growth, and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the marketing team and restaurant managers to ensure campaign and brand consistency. Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new content and promotional strategies.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Demonstrable experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Exceptional creative thinking and content production skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) and tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
  • Basic skills in photography and video editing; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar.
  • Flexibility to attend events outside regular business hours as needed.
  • Vibrant and energetic, with a strong passion for the culinary world.
  • A self-motivated innovator eager to stay ahead of social media trends and technologies.
  • Customer-oriented, enjoying both online and in-person interaction.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours; Must be able to maintain a schedule availability flexible to the business demands.   

COMPENSATION 

The base pay range for this position is $20-$25/hour.  The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
