Faun is looking for a full or part-time server to join our FOH team. This position requires open weekend availability, as well as some weeknight availability. Servers are responsible for providing a smooth, efficient service experience for guests. Servers greet guests; present menus; answer food and beverage questions; take orders; ensure the timely arrival of food in collaboration with expeditors; clear and reset tables in collaboration with the back servers; attend to the ambiance of the floor; and drive sales throughout the duration of a guests dining experience. Servers also work collaboratively with the maitre d’ and MOD to build long-term guest relationships. Senior servers are able to seamlessly fill back server duties during service as needed. The server role is a tipped position. Servers receive a base rate of $10.65/hour plus a 9-point share in the tip pool. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 year of experience in an upscale dining environment.
