Summary: A Food Truck Associate is the heart of the mobile culinary experience, responsible for preparing menu items and serving refreshing alcoholic beverages to our guests. The Associate will handle transactions, maintain cleanliness, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly as they approach the food truck, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, paying attention to special requests and dietary restrictions.
- Engage in friendly conversation with guests, building rapport and enhancing their overall experience.
- Prepare a variety of tacos according to established recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Handle ingredients with care, maintaining freshness and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the manager to ensure adequate stock.
- Mix and serve alcoholic beverages, adhering to all legal regulations and safety protocols.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them in selecting beverages and providing recommendations when requested.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying the age of guests and monitoring their alcohol consumption.
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process orders and handle payments.
- Provide receipts, ensuring transparency in all transactions.
- Keep the food truck clean and organized throughout the shift, including cooking equipment, serving utensils, and dining areas.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Abide by Company policies and procedures.
Must Haves:
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry.
- Knowledge of POS
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Customer-centric
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
