Chef Peter Hemsley works directly with fishermen, sourcing not only quality product from a diverse cohort of partners, but also has a keen eye for alternative or underappreciated local and seasonal seafood. We are looking for 1 member to join this team of professionals as a CDP. This individual should have good references in fine dining restaurants, a predilection for working with seafood, and an open mind.
