Aphotic is a dynamic seafood restaurant in downtown San Francisco, having been awarded its first Michelin star, and a Green Star, several months after its opening in 2023. 

Chef Peter Hemsley works directly with fishermen, sourcing not only quality product from a diverse cohort of partners, but also has a keen eye for alternative or underappreciated local and seasonal seafood. The mission at Aphotic remains steadfast: curating top quality product, maintaining a creative and unconventional culinary perspective, and offering best in class service.

We are looking for 1 member to join this team of professionals as a CDP. This individual should have good references in fine dining restaurants, a predilection for working with seafood, and an open mind.
