Two Hands Hospitality is hiring line cooks to join our team in Denver! This is a full-time position, and open availability (including weekends) is preferred. Line cooks will support our new restaurant in Berkeley, opening in June, as well as our cloud kitchen in Holly Hills, opening in late April.

• Rate starts at $20/hour and increases depending on qualifications and with time

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year restaurant experience in this role
• Open availability (including weekends) is preferred
• Ability to maintain DOH sanitation standards and uphold the cleanliness of the kitchen
• Basic knife skills
• Understanding of basic cooking techniques
• Ability to work/stand for 8-10 hours a day and occasionally carry up to 20 pounds
• Ability to keep your workspace clean and uphold the standards of the restaurant
• Must be available weekends
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to follow instructions
• Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
