Job Description:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team specializing in liquor/wine sales. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and representing our brand in the market.

Responsibilities 

• Assist customers in selecting wines and spirits based on their preferences and budget.
• Participate in the regular activities such as inventory management, receiving, stocking and restocking shelves, moving cases, serving walk-in customers or calls on the phone, maintaining store environment.
• Oversee the organization of our on-site cellar.
• Make sure that every guest is made to feel welcome and given the time and attention needed to have a great experience.
• Contribute to a fun and engaging work environment.
• Providing training and ongoing education to servers and other staff members to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to effectively serve beverages, make recommendations to guests, and upsell when appropriate.

 

 Requirements

• 1-3 years of work in an environment (retail, restaurant, or sales).
• E-commerce and retail experience preferred.
• Customer obsessed, creative, and curious.
• Demonstrated sales experience and a track record of building a dedicated following.
• Full-time position, weekdays and weekends.
• Salary based with commissions.
• Have experience of working under Chinese culture is a plus.
