Scope of this position:

• Setting and maintaining the dining room environment and material perfectly clean.
• Set up tables up to our standard
• Serving and assisting the guest courteously and efficiently.
• Take customer food and beverage order
• Knowledge of menu items and wines to be able to service and up sell the products
• Make sure that all silver and glasses are spotless
• Mark tables appropriately to food order

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in similar position. Hotel restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks inclusive of weekends and holidays.
• Must work in a safe, prudent and organized manner.
• Must be able to carry multiple items in hand and keep on pace with business volumes
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 15-20lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
• Able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length
