Michelin-starred COTE Korean Steakhouse, located in Miami's Design District, is the carnivorous vision of proprietor Simon Kim that blends together the fun and fire of Korean Barbeque together with the hallmarks of a classic American Steakhouse. Duties & Essential Functions:
  • Ensure exceptional quality of all ingredients, preparation and plating of food items.
  • Conduct daily line checks to ensure highest quality of daily productions.
  • Train all line chefs and cook to maintain the exceptional standard of quality and consistency.
  • Familiarity with ordering and costing software.
  • Butchering experience and familiarity with Korean cuisine.
  • Must be able to lift heavy boxes (at least 50 lbs).
  • Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods of time over multiple floors.
  • Occasional kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing is required.
  • Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as the business dictates.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
  • Previous upscale, high volume hospitality experience preferred (2+ years)
  • Competitive above market salary compensation based on experience.
