MADRE is focused on compiling a seasoned team of culinary and service-minded professionals to create a memorable. MADRE will strip away the informalities of Brooklyn dining while focusing on the quality of food, warm service, and relaxed atmosphere. MADRE is a social restaurant, with a dramatic space, focusing on a sophisticated and rustic approach to cooking with elegant, vibrant, and seasonal flavors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comprehensive knowledge of our complete food and beverage program
- Ability maintain cleanliness in a section and communicate with team members efficiently
- Know how to and be able to properly serve cocktails, WBTG, coffee & tea
- Truly understand and highlight our restaurants/hotels individual identity
- Know and be able to identify bar, cocktail table, dining room table and seat numbers
- Can complete opening/closing side work tasks
- Complete understanding of the steps of service and execution
- Knowledgeable of the menu: food ingredients & sources, allergies & preparations
- Can Lift 50 lbs
