Ellie Bird is a chef-driven, upcale casual concept from the Michelin-starred team behind Rooster and Owl. This brand new space in the heart of Falls Church is currently open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday, with brunch also on Saturday and Sunday. Weekend/brunch availability is necessary.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips

We opened our first restaurant, Rooster & Owl, in 2019; just over a year later, the pandemic changed everything. We had to reimagine our cuisine and our service for a new normal. From this pivot emerged the beginnings of what would become Ellie Bird: a contemporary, casual, chef-driven restaurant.
That year, we also welcomed a new member to our family: Ellie joined us in late 2020. Her kind, patient personality inspired us to name this new concept in her honor, a tribute to how Ellie Bird will be like the “little sister” of our seminal restaurant, Rooster & Owl. Plus, we love a good bird pun.
