Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and handle kitchen equipment proficiently.
- Cook dishes following designated recipes.
- Ensure dishes are presented attractively and taste delicious.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and customize dishes for special occasions.
- Monitor kitchen inventory and order supplies within budget.
- Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations in the kitchen.
Qualifications:
- Certificate in culinary arts or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years' experience in the food industry as a Line Cook or relevant role.
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen processes.
- Creative flair and attention to detail in food presentation.
- Knowledgeable about sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
