We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager who is fluent in Spanish to oversee all operations and ensure the success of our Restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, creating schedules, monitoring budgets, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

**Qualifications: **

- Proven Restaurant General Manager experience in a quick service environment

-Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Full understanding of all financials
- Knowledge of food safety regulations

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Manage and train staff members
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Create and manage budgets to achieve financial goals
