As the Executive Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in shaping our culinary identity and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to maintain high standards of performance.
  • Manage food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality and consistency standards, even during high-volume periods.
  • Control food costs by monitoring inventory, portion sizes, and wastage, and implementing cost-saving measures where necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and update menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative culinary techniques.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among kitchen staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food products.
