Position Overview:

The Head Bartender will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the bar at The Daisy Tavern, focusing on organization, optimization, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will not only be a master behind the bar but will also take on key managerial responsibilities, such as shutting down the facility at night, assisting with inventory management, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the bar, ensuring efficiency and organization in all aspects.
Craft innovative cocktails and maintain a high-quality beverage program that aligns with the concept of The Daisy Tavern.
Optimize bar workflows, including stocking, cleanliness, and service procedures, to enhance productivity and guest satisfaction.
Take the lead in maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and reducing waste.
Close down the bar and restaurant nightly, ensuring all security protocols and operational checklists are followed.
Train and mentor bar staff to ensure excellent service, product knowledge, and professionalism.
Work closely with management to develop and implement new initiatives, promotions, and events.
Assist with tracking and reporting bar sales, and provide insights for improving profitability.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($15.00 - $18.00) plus tips
