We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our team!

HIGH LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • This position will be responsible for the successful management of a restaurant’s kitchen. Duties to include coordinating roll out of menus, managing restaurant staff, inventory, and maintaining financial budgets in line with company standard.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years experience as Floor Manager in upscale, high volume restaurant
  • Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift 30+ pounds
