We are currently seeking a Lead Hostess who will embody our commitment to exceptional service and lead our hosting team with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Job Description:
As the Lead Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in setting the tone for their dining experience. You will coordinate the flow of guests by managing reservations and seating, oversee the host team, and ensure that each guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they step into our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
-Greet guests warmly and manage the seating chart with efficiency and care.
-Train, lead, and inspire a team of host staff to adhere to the highest standards of customer service.
-Manage reservations using Opentable, including handling special requests and accommodating guest needs.
-Communicate effectively with both guests and team members to resolve any issues swiftly.
-Oversee the presentation of the lobby and entrance area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and inviting.
-Collaborate with management and other team leaders to improve guest experiences and operational efficiency.
-Maintain a deep understanding of the menu and ongoing promotions to answer guest inquiries accurately.
-Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a host/hostess, with at least 1 year in a leadership role preferred.
-Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
-A positive, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for hospitality.
-Experience with Reservation Software.
