Responsibilities include cooking on the line which includes sauté, grill, fryer and preparation of product before service.
Stock and setup your own station as well as assist other stations if needed.
Prepare food to order including cleaning and cutting ingredients, cooking entrees, sides and appetizers.
Plating in a consistent and visually attractive manner based on executive chef's guidance.
Communicating with servers to ensure orders are completed within a timely manner.
Maintaining a clean station and restocking for the next shift.
Make sure kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulation
Working Knowledge of Spanish a Plus
