With Others is hiring experienced, passionate, and professional Servers with a passion for wine to join bustling neighborhood wine bar. 

With Others is a new 35-seat wine bar located in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We will offer a seasonally-driven menu of rotating small plates and a curated selection of low-intervention wines from small producers. Open 5 days a week from Wednesday through Sunday.

We are seeking Servers who are experienced and excited to work in a wine-focused environment. Individuals should be seeking either full-time or part-time work, with a passion for hospitality and cultivating meaningful connections with guests. Serving experience and wine knowledge are required, ideally with a focus on low-intervention producers.

 We would love to speak with you if you have:

• 2+ years serving experience in NYC or another major city
• Demonstrable wine knowledge, ideally with a focus on low-intervention wine – either currently pursuing or have completed wine education courses (i.e. WSET, CMS) and/or have experience working at a wine bar or in a wine retail environment
• Experience using Toast POS system
• Open availability and the ability to commit to a set schedule (full-time is considered 4-5 days/week, part-time is considered 2-3 days/week)
• Reliable transportation to Williamsburg
• Bonus points if you have experience being on the opening team of a new restaurant
