Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3+ years experience working as a server or captain in a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant.
• An unparalleled commitment to hospitality and customer service.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails and all spirit categories.
• Strong knowledge of wine and beer.
• Exceptional knowledge of classic and world cuisines.
• Willingness to grow and learn.
Duties:
Attend pre-meal meetings.
Open and close restaurant and complete accompanying tasks efficiently, accurately, and with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work a minimum of 4 dinner shifts and available to work brunch and weekend shifts when needed.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
A guest-first approach to hospitality.
The ability to anticipate guests' service needs.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
