Your Impact:
The Dawson is currently seeking a motivated Sous Chef to join our team. The Sous Chef will be an integral part of our Back of House leadership team and will execute culinary and operational tasks upholding our commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction.

Required Education, Experience and Documentation:
- 1+ year management experience in a semi fine-dining, high volume setting
- ServSafe Food Handlers Certificate
- Ability to fluently speak, write, and read the English language
