Gus's Chop House is a restaurant rooted in great food and warm hospitality. Everyday we strive to be better than the day before through careful sourcing, new techniques, and seasonal menu development. Although meat plays a large role in what we do, we pay equal and often more attention to the vegetables that we see at the market. Each cook is expected to learn all stations on our line and contribute is all aspects of making the kitchen run smoothly and efficiently.

We are a close knit team and looking for a professional, motivated, and passionate cook to grow with our team. We are a no yelling, no drama, and no bad attitude environment. Our goal is to cook delicious food with people we like to provide a wonderful guest experience.
