We are a Private Social Club located in the Downtown Financial District.
As the Front Desk Associate at Amador, you are the frontline of the member experience. You will be the first person our members see, and are greeted by when they enter the club. We are an intimate, sophisticated, but not pretentious social club that promotes genuine relationship building among all people within the space: member to member, member to team, leadership to team, etc.. Exude genuine hospitality to all! Please be kind, knowledgeable, solution oriented and excel at building relationships.
Other duties include:
- Greeting & checking in members via PeopleVine Platform
- Answer general club related questions & navigate members to the correct area to manage their expectations
- Address emails/ phone calls promptly that are directed to the admin phone/ inbox; forward to the appropriate department when necessary and follow through on completion
- Relay any technical or member issues to Leadership; prioritize urgent issues
- Complete admin tasks for: membership, restaurant, and events such as printing menus, updating card on file info, etc.
- Manage reservations on SevenRooms platform; adhere to member guest policy & house rules per the membership agreement
- Cross train to assist the team where needed (such as coat check for an event and/or assist floor staff during busy times if available)
- Deliver an exquisite member experience 110% of the time
- Manage the tidy appearance of the front desk & 10th floor lobby area
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in a customer service based role. Restaurant or Hotel experience is a plus!
- It’s a plus if you have working knowledge in: CRM, multi- hospitality platforms, MS Office Suite, Canva Design, Adobe, Docusign, G-Suite, and Mac
