Stellina Pizzeria, a Michelin bib gourmand restaurant,with locations throughout Washington, DC is opening a new location in Tysons Corner!
We are looking for hospitable, outgoing, and vibrant bartenders to be part of our opening team.
As a bartender you have significant impact on the guest experience along with the rest of the team. You will be expected to maintain thorough knowledge of the food menu and keep up with our high volume services. The ideal candidate has experience behind a high volume bar, has knowledge on wine and beverages, and a strong interest in Italian wines and spirits.

If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Key Responsibilities Upon Being Trained Include:

Extensive food and beverage menu knowledge
Build customer retention
Guide guests through their food and beverage experience
Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
Capable of officiantly operate POS

Qualifications:

Understanding beverage costs
Hands-on experience in cashier duties
Attention to cleanliness and safety
Patience and customer-oriented approach
Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
Responsible and trustworthy

Weekend and evening availability is a must. Open to full-time.

Longtime friends, restaurant operators and native Italians Antonio Matarazzo and chef Matteo Venini teamed up to open Stellina Pizzeria, an upscale casual concept that modernizes the classic pizza counter with style and dynamic energy. Our simple, yet spirited menu nods to the street food of the southern Italian coast with a selection of fried seafood and veggies served in paper cones called cuoppo; light, flavorful Neo-Neapolitan pizzas with a distinctly crispy crust; house-made pastas; and creative panini served on our signature pizza dough. With a full bar focused on Italian wines, beers and craft cocktails, we offer an inviting and lively setting for a sit-down meal, in addition to carry-out, online ordering and delivery.
