Our food and beverage programs are rustic and inspired creating a unique, high end experience, in a cozy environment. Guests should always feel like we're inviting them into our living room.
As a food runner, you will play a integral role in that experience and the flow of service. You will be knowledgeable on our menus and presentations and will be responsible to uphold our standards. You should be comfortable presenting dishes and answering any questions the guests might have about dishes you are serving. We are a fast-paced establishment and every person in service, is crucial to the overall experience both for the guests and the team you work alongside.
Essential Funcitons:
- Know the full food menu and be able to pass a food test in English
- Assist with setting up your station at the kitchen pass
- Run food from the kitchen to the tables and be confident about table and seat numbers
- Be able to present the dishes and their major components, as well as answer any questions guests might ask you
- Be aware of food allergies and handle them with the utmost attention
- Be a team player! Everyone in the tip pool takes responsibility to lend a hand in other areas and that is what makes our team work so well together.
REQUIRED:
2 years experience in a high-volume, fine-dining restaurant
Available to work weekends and holidays
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Able to maintain a professional, yet welcoming and friendly demeanor at all times

Compensation: Hourly ($16.00) plus tips
