Galatoire's Restaurant is seeking a FOH Manager to join our award winning FOH service team. We are seeking a high-energy individual that will motivate our staff, supervise all aspects of the dining room, as well as private dining rooms, all the while ensuring our guests’ satisfaction and providing a classic New Orleans dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all FOH staff
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss upcoming business needs
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of management experience
- 3+ years of hands on fine dining service experience
- Outstanding longevity in past positions
- Entergetic and dynamic personality with an infectious, positive attitude
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional communication, service skills, food, wine and beverage knowledge required
- High aptitude in decision making and problem solving
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain grace and composure at all times
- Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
- Manager ServSafe certified
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary (Based on Experience)
