This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals looking to advance their careers, especially in the luxury culinary world. An ideal candidate for the Champagne Sales Manager position will have an understanding of the fundamentals of French pastries and Champagne, as well as a professional demeanor and, most importantly, the desire to learn and envision him/herself as an asset with the potential for growth in the company.
A hospitality or culinary degree is preferred, but not required. Additionally, preferred candidates should have one (or more) long-standing position(s) in their previous job(s).
- Assist guests with champagne selection, making appropriate recommendations based on their preferences and budget
- Assist in the development of training programs for fellow staff members and participate in their education
- Participate in weekly/monthly inventory

- A passion for food, wine and service and the ability to convey that to our guests and colleagues
- Participate in all facets of service to ensure that our guests are taken care of to our utmost ability
- Assist CEO in crafting and implementing champagne sales strategies
- Possess extensive knowledge of various champagne types
- Aid in developing the dessert bar menu
- Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
- Achieve set sales targets
- Manage Champagne Inventory
