We are in a cozy, storied building and do a significant amount of volume. Our menu is focused and offers up some of the best pizza in the city.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as Assistant General Manager(AGM). As a AGM, you will oversee the operations of our family-friendly and cozy restaurant, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities include managing staff, evaluating performance, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards. You will also be responsible for ensuring smooth restaurant operations and providing exceptional customer service, thus helping to achieve revenue and cost targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage staff, evaluate performance, and drive results
• Experience in budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards, and restaurant regulations
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations with a positive attitude
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service

Compensation:

• $80,000-$85,000 base (DOE)
• Paid Time Off(PTO)
