We are currently seeking a motivated A.M. Prep Cook who shares a passion for food, can follow direction and enjoy being a part of a team.

Folk, located in East Nashville, is the latest project from Philip Krajeck, acclaimed chef and owner of Rolf and Daughters. Fun, seasonal and inventive, the menu highlights local produce, regional ingredients, and naturally leavened wood-fired pizza.  Folk is a casual, lively neighborhood restaurant with an ever-evolving natural wine list and specialty cocktails.

We are a small, tight-knit team of hospitality professionals that work in unison to craft memorable dining experiences and truly connect with our guests. We offer a supportive working and learning environment that fosters growth and promotes career advancement, believing one should always be learning. This is a great opportunity for industry professionals looking for a role at one of the top restaurants in Nashville. We offer health insurance, dining discounts at both Folk and out sister restaurant Rolf and Daughters. We are closed all major holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve + Christmas, Labor Day, 4th of July and Memorial Day. We also close down the restaurant Superbowl Sunday, when we throw the best the company party in the Southeast (arguably anywhere)!


Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience)
