We are an Asian fusion restaurant with a mix of the nightlife element. We are a high-volume restaurant with a seasonal changing beverage program. The candidate we are looking for must be experienced and have the ability to work a fast-paced service bar, work well with others, maintain consistent quality cocktails, have a basic knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, and experience in creating cocktails. Must be able to work 8+ hours shift and lift at least 25 pounds (bringing up liquor, juices, etc.) Toast Knowledge is a plus! We are looking for full time or part time.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($5.00) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $800

Chef-owner Ho learned the restaurant trade through his family. He was born in Taiwan and grew up in Houston, Texas, helping his dad out at his restaurant when he was just a kid. His family moved to Allentown and set up a few restaurants there under Ho Ho Incorporated. Ho eventually took over the business in 2014 and is now expanding to Philly.
