Blossom and Bourbon, a new restaurant specializing in a wood fired cuisine and a vast bourbon selection, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.   • Daily Operations:
    • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
    • Supervise staff to maintain a high level of customer service.
    • Address customer concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Scheduling:
    • Develop and maintain employee schedules.
    • Coordinate staff rotations to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
    • Manage time-off requests and schedule adjustments.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Oversee inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
    • Implement effective ordering and restocking procedures.
    • Monitor and control food and beverage costs to maximize profitability.
  • Staff Training and Development:
    • Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff.
