We are an expanding restaurant group with locations in Chicagoland. We are looking for an experienced Barista Lead. 

Job Duties:

• Supervise barista team on a daily basis to ensure standards are met and consistency is maintained, be able to give constructive feedback if our standards are not met or if a behavior becomes unacceptable. 
• Work with managers to implement barista training for new team members
• Keep Barista reference information up to date - adding new recipes or processes when necessary. 
• Take ownership of inventory, product ordering, and receiving/ checking in product
• Comply with all safety, health and beverage regulations in order to protect against all legal liability
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and general cleanliness
• Ensuring the cleaning and maintenance of the cafe and equipment is up to standards
