Crystal Springs is looking for line cooks to join our expansive culinary team. Savory flavors of locally grown and produced cuisine with a myriad of tantalizing choices with one common goal: to surpass your palate's wildest dreams. Crystal Springs is home to an array of 10 indoor and outdoor restaurants, bistros, pubs, and cafes, ranging from 4-star dining at the award-winning Restaurant Latour , or our very own Chef's Garden. Responsibilities:
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
  • Competitive pay dependent on experience.

Requirements:
  • 2 to 3 years high volume experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of proper cooking for Grill, Saute, Garde Manger
  • Team player
  • Flexible with shifts
  • Willingness to learn
  • Culinary school training a plus
  • Has a passion for the industry
  • Must have weekend and holiday availability 

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($17.00 - $20.00)
