Round Swamp Farm is the most unique specialty food store in the Hamptons - offering a 15 acre farm featuring row crops like fresh corn, cucumbers, zucchini, lettuces, and the best red and heirloom tomatoes - as well as a state of the art 15,000 sq ft. bakery and kitchen where our family and staff prepare farm to table prepared entrees, finger foods, salads, and desserts. We are looking to hire dedicated, trained cooks who are passionate about fresh, seasonal, unique foods. If cooking from scratch with the best ingredients in a busy and exciting environment excites you, then you should consider applying. We rely on responsible professionals to work alongside us and prepare our traditional recipes, as well as work to create new, delicious menu options. Open positions include line cooks to grill and sauté fresh fish, chicken, and beef; cold stations for preparing fresh salads, homemade dips and pastas; and sous chefs for preparing fresh vegetables, poultry, meats, and soups and stocks. We are looking for the following qualities: cleanliness is mandatory, works safely and efficiently, able to prioritize tasks and provide consistent quality in food preparation and presentation, english speaking. Applicants must be willing to work long hours on their feet in a fast paced but collaborative and fulfilling environment.
