We are looking for Barista Assistants for our coffee shop in Logan Square.

Barista Assistants interact with our customers providing excellent hospitality and friendly customer service. We are looking for individuals that are naturally attentive and engaging to the needs of others. Experience in a food service environment is not required but you should understand the demands of working in hospitality.

Barista Assistants are responsible for making non-espresso beverages to our high standards (drip coffee, tea, cold brew), conducting cash register and pastry tasks, completing side work duties, and other tasks as needed. Espresso-based drinks are not a part of this role.

You will have knowledge and/or interest in specialty coffee, the ability to execute to a high level, and a team-first mentality to ensure the success of the work day and our coffee shop. We are looking for hard working, engaged and detail-oriented, no nonsense individuals to join our team.

Both weekday and weekend shifts will be required.
