Indienne, recently awarded a
Michelin Star, is looking for an experienced, hospitality focused lead host and bartender to join the team. That being said, we are always interested in talented candidates, so if you are interested in a position not listed here, feel free to still send in your resume with desired position.

BARTENDER
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Daily bar prep, including production of juices, syrups, and batching cocktails
- Stocking wine, beer, and spirits
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar
- Taking dinner tables on rare occasions and the ability to confidently talk about all of our menu offerings.
- Ability to create custom cocktails tableside as a part of our Gin Trolley beverage service
- At least 2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant with a craft cocktail program
- Knowledge of POS systems, including Toast
- Has a sincere interest in the hospitality industry
- Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in a team environment and welcome feedback and direction
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Lift up to 50 pounds of weight
- Ability to reach, bend, climb up and down stairs, walk, carry multiple objects
LEAD HOST
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Welcoming and greeting guests, ensuring a seamless flow through the restaurant
- Coordinating and communicating with the Chef and managers openly regarding service
- Ability to accurately plot reservations,
- Checking-in, storing, securing, and retrieving outerwear and personal belongings for guests
- Printing all menus as well as updating and printing shift summary notes
- Speaking clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and responding well to questions
- Upholding service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience
- Maintaining and upholding our company's vision and values
- Demonstrating a passion for details and a willingness to learn
- Taking part in pre-service duties and applicable closing duties
- Exhibiting a familiarity with daily menus
- Participating in service/culinary education sessions
- Maintaining a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment
- At least 1 year in a Host(ess) position in a upscale dining setting
- Knowledge of POS and reservation systems, including Tock and Open Table
