We are currently hiring a part-time pastry professional with experience working with cakes, macarons, tarts, laminated dough, buttercreams, entremets, and cookies. You must have the ability to execute proper prep, baking, and post-bake procedures in a timely fashion and to achieve consistency and excellence in the finished product. Cleanliness and organization is expected of any applicant. Morning and weekend hours a must. Willing to train right candidate!
