Job Details
Sons & Daughters is currently seeking a Front of house manager to join and lead our Service Team!

We are looking for someone with 2 years experience in a similar management position, that is focused on providing the best possible guest experience.

Fine dining serving experience and wine knowledge is highly encouraged, though we will happily train the right kind of candidate and provide the necessary tools in order to grow into the position. That said, individuals must have a strong desire to learn, contribute and push for progress, as all service staff members are expected to be able to cover and execute all aspects of service.

Sons & Daughters is an equal opportunity employer and offers competitive wages and a comprehensive benefit program:
- $90,000 yearly salary
- Medical and Dental coverage are fully covered
- Two weeks paid vacation each year
- Company will contribute up to 3% of employee's yearly salary to Simple IRA retirement fund
- Opportunity to participate in year-end profit sharing, with 50% of profits split equally among employees
