Our concept is unique in that we invite 2 and 3-Michelin starred restaurants to California to share their experience with the local community.
Previously, the former home of 3-Michelin starred Manresa lead by Chef David Kinch in Los Gatos for 20 years. He is now the Culinary Ambassador for the Ritual team.
Job Duties:
* Must possess a great work ethic.
* Must be able to work cleanly and efficiently.
* Responsible for completing daily prep lists provided by the Chef de Cuisine and / or Sous Chef.
* Must have knowledge of different cooking techniques and sauce work.
* Must have the ability to maintain sharp knives and kitchen tools.
* Must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long hours at a time.
* Must be a team player and able to adapt to different cultures.
