The ideal candidate must:
- have a minimum of 1 year kitchen experience.
- be able to leave their ego at the door and thoughtfully collaborate with the team on all levels.
- have a sense of humor and a can-do attitude.
- have a strong desire to learn and grow with a supportive and ambitious restaurant family.

Compensation includes a competitive hourly wage and a kitchen team service fee payout (a % of sales that is distributed to our hardworking kitchen staff). We also offer medical, dental, vision, an employee discount dining program and 401k.

This position requires a certain level of physical activity. Applicants should be able to stand/walk for 9+ hours, maneuver through tables and chairs, and, lift and carry moderate sized and/or heavy objects up to 30 pounds (for example, a case of potatoes).
