A Fearless Prep Cook will be a professional who takes pride in their work. All team members must be highly organized with the ability and desire to work fast and clean.

Skills/Requirements

• 1+ years of restaurant experience in a high volume, excellence-driven environment
• Excellent knife skills
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to the hospitality industry
• Must be driven to meet or exceed standards of operational excellence
• Likes to work in a team and professional work ethic
• Food Safety Knowledge
• High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
