We our looking for cooks of all experience levels to join our opening team at Picnic, the newest restaurant from Defined Hospitality (Kalaya, Suraya, Condesa, Pizzeria Beddia, R+D Cocktail Lounge).
Our kitchen features a custom-built wood fire rotisserie, open hearth, and a raw bar. Our food will be seasonal and simple; thoughtfully sourced and inspired by modern technique.
This is an AM position that requires weekend availability. This is a great oppurtunity for an industry veteran who is sick of working late nights. Must have previous experience with poultry butchery. Experience with other fabrication, sausage making, charcuterie, etc is preferred.
