Job Details

We our looking for cooks of all experience levels to join our opening team at Picnic, the newest restaurant from Defined Hospitality (Kalaya, Suraya, Condesa, Pizzeria Beddia, R+D Cocktail Lounge).

Our kitchen features a custom-built wood fire rotisserie, open hearth, and a raw bar. Our food will be seasonal and simple; thoughtfully sourced and inspired by modern technique. We are hiring for all experience levels. As long as you have positive attitude and willingness to learn you’ll fit right in.
